Return Policy


Witch's Gift offers a 2-week return policy.

You will want to contact us as soon as possible if you need to start a claim. No returns, refunds, or exchanges can be offered to you after 2 weeks of you receiving your order.

When processing a claim, we need the item returned in the packaging it came in and the item must be exactly the same as it arrived to you. Certain forms of damage or use of the item will invalidate a claim. We may ask for additional information to help expedite the claim or find helpful solutions. Certain items may be exempt from returns due to their nature. Exchanges may be offered on same items only and for quality reasons such as a product defect. One-of-a-kind or handmade items may need to be replaced with a different item if being sent to us for exchange.

Order Cancellation

Your order can be cancelled at anytime before it has been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at our e-mail: support@witchsgift.com. Your order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped and you will need to follow our regular procedures to receive a refund for the order.

Processing A Refund

We will stay in touch with you after you send us the item by contacting you once your item has been inspected and let you know if the refund has been approved.

Funds are then returned to the card used to make the purchase and may take a period of time after the refund approval (immediately or up to 2 weeks) to show up. It is normal to have a processing time for the banks to verify funds and finalize the return. Weekends and bank holidays often effect this time.

If you have any issues with a later than usual refund, we suggest first checking with your bank to ensure there isn't an incoming refund, then contacting our support team at support@witchsgift.com.


Return Shipping

After your claim has been processed to have the product shipped backed to us, we will provide you with the shipping information of where to send the product.

Witch's Gift is not responsible for lost packages or the cost of shipping. Most services will offer a tracking option to ensure your product's delivery to us.


Fraud Disclaimer

Witch's Gift holds the right to deny a refund, return, or exchange if it deems there is fraudlent activity present such as excessive returns or lost items.
